Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and oversee the company's construction operations in Singapore. The candidate should possess strong leadership capability, deep knowledge of local construction practices, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct construction projects to achieve timely and quality completion
• Oversee multiple project teams and site operations across Singapore to ensure coordinated execution
• Manage project budgets, monitor timelines, and enforce quality standards to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements to maintain legal and operational standards
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project progress and resolve issues
• Drive operational efficiency and cost control to deliver projects within budget and schedule

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry demonstrating progressive responsibility
• Proven track record managing large-scale building and upgrading projects with successful outcomes
• Strong understanding of Singapore construction environment and regulatory framework
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills to guide teams and projects
