Job Title: Project Director (Data Centres)

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing digital infrastructure platform delivering some of the region's most significant hyperscale data centre developments.
Due to continued expansion and a substantial project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across Thailand.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior construction and project delivery professional to take ownership of a flagship hyperscale development, working within a high-growth business that is investing heavily in the expansion of its digital infrastructure portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects from inception through to operational handover.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and commercial performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary project, construction, and engineering teams.
- Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence across all project activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones and delivery schedules.
- Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Profile
- Proven experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects or other large-scale mission-critical facilities.
- Strong background in MEP systems and critical infrastructure construction.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full construction lifecycle from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover.
- Significant experience leading major capital projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage international teams and contractors.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential. Mandarin would be highly advantageous, while Thai language skills would be beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications and project management certifications are advantageous.
