Key Responsibilities
Project Activities
- Lead Design, Installation, Commissioning, Qualification, Verification for new equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Develop and execute qualification protocols and reports in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage CAPEX submission and budget management.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive qualification documentation.
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards.
- Support audits and inspections by providing qualification records and technical explanations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in qualification processes.
- Analyze deviations and non-conformities, propose corrective and preventive actions.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, EHS).
- Train operators and maintenance staff on new equipment and processes.
Qualificatio
- nMinimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments, preferably within the FMCG (food, beverage, personal care, or household products) sector
- .Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
- .Experience with automated production lines and packaging equipment is an advantage
- .Proven track record in factory design, equipment installation, utilities, or process improvement projects
- .Experience in managing CAPEX projects, commissioning, and start-up activities
- .Familiarity with FMCG standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent
- .Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations in factory operations
- .Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project
- )Ability to prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents
- .Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management
- .Experience in contractor supervision and coordination
- .Capable of conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning
- .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- .Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external contractors
- .Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- .Leadership capability with teamwork orientation
- .Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- .Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
