What You'll Do
- Manage and control projects to achieve on-time delivery and invoicing, in line with billing plans and contract requirements.
- Manage and control project costs to meet or improve the project baseline.
- Plan, organize, and oversee Service Engineers and sub‑contractors for site implementation in accordance with contract scope requirements.
- Manage FAT and SAT test scripts within product line capabilities and customer expectations.
- Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to contract requirements.
- Schedule and attend project discussions and meetings as required by each project.
- Perform cost control to ensure projects meet approved budget provisions.
- Address project issues and work with factories and FAEs to develop effective resolution strategies.
- Support contract administration activities, including raising purchase requests, providing sales forecasts, tracking billing milestones, and O&M submissions.
- Work with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time coordination.
- Manage sub‑contractor and service partner work schedules and quality of work.
- Support and coordinate with the Eaton service team, sub‑contractors, and service partners for site activities and SAT.
- Promote and conduct ethical behavior with customers and sub‑contractors/service partners.
- Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS):
- Implement process approach and risk‑based thinking
- Provide necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
- Communicate the importance of conforming to QMS requirements across the organization
- Ensure the QMS achieves its intended objectives
- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
At least 2 years of project management experience
Skills
Good technical knowleddge in both Power Distribution & Power Quality
Good communication skill
