Duties:
- Support project planning, budgeting, cost control, scheduling and execution of BMS/ACMV projects.
- Review technical specifications, perform system sizing, equipment selection, BOM preparation and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors and clients on technical matters and site activities.
- Monitor project progress, site installation, testing, commissioning, FAT and troubleshooting to ensure timely completion.
- Handle material/subcontractor sourcing, variation orders and technical documentation in accordance with project and ISO requirements.
- Design and implement BMS control sequences, logic, graphics and automation solutions to optimise system performance and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
- Min Dip. Deg in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or any relevant educational qualifications
- BMS/ ACMV experienced is an additional advantage
