Responsibilities
- Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to client's standards
- Participate in project management
- Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments
- Carry out system troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Conduct on-site client training
- Develop in-depth system design and drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security systems
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Work experience in security and/or electronic system project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment
- Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases
- Familiarity with security access control, video surveillance, and alarm system products and systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Past experience with Lenel, Cisco, and S2 systems is an advantage
