Design and verify structural drawings for LED display installations submitted by contractors. Ensure all technical specifications and installation methods align with the project plan and safety standards.
Gather project requirements from clients and conduct site surveys. Provide technical support to the Project Manager in developing the initial project plan.
Develop and review detailed work schedules, including daily installation plans, to ensure smooth execution.
Supervise and coordinate with contractors and on-site teams to ensure daily tasks are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Monitor and analyze system operations. Identify issues early, coordinate solutions, and take corrective actions right away to maintain quality standards.
Prepare and present project progress reports and other related documentation as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must possess a valid Associate or Professional Engineer License (.)
Male, aged 27 - 32 years old
Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in project engineering or construction management
Direct experience in structural design for LED Screen installations or large-scale signage will be highly prioritized
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other structural design software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide systematic solutions to complex engineering problems
Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle on-site troubleshooting effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead contractors and work effectively within a team environment
