Job Summary
Lead and manage capital and improvement projects across Sor Khonkaen's operations. This role is accountable for overall project performance, project governance, and developing others in project execution capabilities. You will also control and oversee the total CAPEX portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of capital and improvement projects: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Govern project execution across all functions to ensure alignment with company-approved frameworks, standards, and timelines
- Initiate and implement fit-for-purpose project management frameworks and tools
- Educate, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams to enable them to manage their own projects effectively
- Ensure all projects follow food safety, compliance, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with production, QA, maintenance, R&D, finance, and procurement to ensure alignment
- Oversee and control the total CAPEX planning, budgeting, and tracking process
- Drive cost-effective solutions and process improvements in all project scopes
- Select and manage contractors and suppliers as required
- Report project progress, risks, and mitigation actions to management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the food industry (mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and capital investments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CAPEX planning and control
