You'll make a difference by:
- Developing technical proposals: Authoring comprehensive technical and commercial proposals specializing in PCS7, automation, and IT/OT integration.
- Designing solution architectures: Defining robust OT and IT integration architectures while performing accurate costing, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Managing full project lifecycles: Leading projects from initial kickoff through to final execution and project closure, ensuring delivery on budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Controlling project plans and risks: Creating detailed project schedules and resource plans while actively managing risks, mitigation strategies, and change orders.
- Delivering core automation systems: Overseeing the engineering and implementation of PCS7 process automation systems and aligned IT/OT network integration.
- Leading stakeholder collaboration: Acting as the primary interface for customers and driving seamless communication across sales, engineering, vendors, and finance teams.
Your defining qualities:
- Relevant educational background: Holding a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong Siemens engineering expertise: Possessing deep technical knowledge in the operation and optimization of Siemens PCS7, SIMATIC Batch, and Route Control systems.
- IT/OT integration proficiency: Demonstrating a solid understanding of industrial networking, IT/OT integration, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Proven industry experience: Bringing 3 to 5 years of hands-on engineering and proposal experience, with familiarity in other Siemens solutions (e.g., S7-1500, WinCC, TIA Portal) being a strong advantage.
- Adaptable problem-solving skills: Showing an ability to navigate complex technical challenges and successfully adjust project execution plans on the fly.
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural mindset: Displaying excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, paired with experience working effectively in multicultural environments.
