Job Title:Project Engineer - Plastic Injection (Senior - Manager Level)
Location: Bangsaothong, Samutprakarn
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday from 7:45 - 17:30 (3 Saturday/year)
Industry: Manufacturing / Plastic Injection for automotive parts.
Overview:
We're a leading manufacturer and distributor of surface coating on plastic for production parts in vehicles, electronic devices, and industrial equipment. Operating as a one-stop services, we fulfill customer orders from tooling designing, injection molding, decorated plating, plastic plating, painting, lasering, printing and assembly to product inspecting. Moreover, we can apply our experience to provide expert advice on creating versatile designs for added value and function, serving our customers diverse product requirements.
Requirements:
- Manager overall project, including KPI management, budget management.
- Responsible for contract review and approve prepared documents (by subordinate).
- Assist in production process set-up for new projects.
- Coordinate with customers on requirements, follow-up and submit quotation.
- Control APQP leaders. Understand and use core tools: IATF, FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP.
- Participate in management meetings to ensure target, goal, and objective monitoring.
- Control and improvement on 5S, Kaizen, QCC activities, ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years of management experience.
- Hands-on experience in Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar field.
- Strong leadership, team player, and logical thinking skills.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).
- Knowledge in 5S, Kaizen, QCC, ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001.
