Project Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join a leading global cooling solutions business in Bangkok. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with experience in cooling towers, rotating equipment, and construction project management to take ownership of major projects supporting key customers, particularly across the data center and electronics sectors.

What you'll be doing

• Manage cooling tower delivery, installation, commissioning, and project close-out
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, distributors, subcontractors, and customers
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage escalations
• Supervise installation and commissioning activities on site
• Provide warranty support and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct site visits and assess existing installations for maintenance, refurbishment, or replacement
• Support aftermarket opportunities and help drive additional revenue
• Coach and support distributors with project execution

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3-5+ years experience with cooling towers or rotating equipment sales
• 3-5+ years experience in construction project management
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working across engineering, manufacturing, construction, QA/QC, purchasing, and other functions
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
• Strong commitment to ethical behavior and compliance
