Job Title - Project Engineer
Reporting To - Engineering Manager
Location - Rayong, Thailand
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance, installation, and overhaul projects, including scheduling, manpower management, coordination of subcontractors, vehicles, tools, and required inspections.
- Manage project costs to ensure projects remain within budget and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Provide regular project progress updates and KPI reports to management, including site conditions and work progress.
- Monitor and manage multiple small projects simultaneously to ensure they are completed on schedule and according to plan.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must possess a valid Mechanical Engineering (ME) Professional License/Certificate.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the power plant, energy, pump, or turbine industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare simple engineering drawings is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent situations while maintaining project quality and customer satisfaction.
