Job Mission
As a Global Project Engineer within Wayzim's Global Technical Service System, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of equipment delivery and maintenance. You will play a pivotal role in key links from project delivery to client value realization, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end closed-loop execution and drive precise implementation of technical solutions and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct site surveys, construction drawing reviews, and material verification/management for overseas projects, and establish standardized technical documentation in compliance with project requirements.
2. Guide third-party installation teams in mechanical equipment installation, complete electrical system installation, parameter optimization and joint commissioning tests to ensure compliance with delivery standards. Support project management work to guarantee timely and quality project acceptance.
3. Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams. Conduct regular communications on project progress and service updates to ensure information transparency.
4. Deliver product operation and maintenance training to clients. Provide on-site production support as needed, and perform after-sales service work such as equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, hotline response and technical guidance in accordance with contract requirements.
5. Strengthen on-site client relationships to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
6. Timely handle and accurately execute other work tasks assigned by departments and superiors.
7. This role is based in Bangkok, requiring for full-time operational duties and core performance output.
Qualifications
1. Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
2. Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance type is preferred) with more than 2 years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
3. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset, ability to optimize workflows proactively.
5. Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations.
6. English proficiency as a working language, readiness for international business travel, and familiar with cross-cultural communication skills.
