Job Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
- Ensure project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Optimise resources to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years experience managing technical or capital projects in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Proven capability in budgeting, financial management, and capital planning.
- Excellent problemsolving, prioritisation, and multiproject coordination skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Proficiency in project management systems and digital tools.
