Overview
Lead and govern all capital projects within the manufacturing plant to enable business growth, innovation, productivity, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Translate commercial strategy, Holistic Cost Management, productivity targets, and operational requirements into robust engineering solutions while ensuring, compliance, and aligned with pep+ objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Capital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the plant's Engineering AOP, strategic roadmap, and CAPEX portfolio.
- Identify long-term capacity and asset requirements aligned with growth ambitions.
- Define capital solutions to support growth, productivity, sustainability, and operating necessity.
- Develop and govern Capital Expenditure Requests (CARs) with strong financial and risk discipline.
- Manage program-level OPEX and optimize asset lifecycle performance and utilization.
Project Execution & Governance
- Lead major capital projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring delivery on budget, schedule, scope, and operational acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and statutory standards (GMP, Safety, Sustainability, GCS, FM Global, LEED).
- Drive best-in-class project management practices including risk management, change control, performance tracking, and governance reporting.
- Escalate key risks and manage stakeholder communication across plant, and OU teams.
- Build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers, global procurement and engineering networks.
Technical & Organizational Leadership
- Deliver technical solutions supporting pep+, BCP (Business Continuity Plan), and long-term reliability.
- Strengthen Maintenance & Reliability capability toward PeMM, TPM and world-class standards.
- Provide engineering leadership to cross-functional initiatives (R&D, Marketing, Innovation, Operations).
- Foster a safety-first, performance-driven culture aligned with The PepsiCo Way.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing/engineering leadership experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects, Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
- Strong financial acumen in CAPEX/OPEX management.
- Familiar with using Excel, Power point and Power BI.
- Deep technical expertise in food manufacturing equipment and plant systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
