About The Role
Carrier is seeking a
Project Engineering Specialist to support HVAC project execution, with a strong focus on project coordination and document control. This role ensures smooth information flow, timely project delivery, and compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, contracts) to ensure accuracy and version control
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (engineering, procurement, contractors) to support project execution
- Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines
- Support engineering coordination, including design reviews and resolving technical or documentation issues
- Assist in cost tracking, reporting, and project status updates
- Prepare and consolidate project reports, records, and handover documentation
- Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or document control (HVAC / construction / engineering environment preferred)
- Strong skills in documentation management and coordination
- Good understanding of project workflow and stakeholder management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command of English communication
