Design and execute retention programme in community group e.g. loyalty programme (based on YoS, consistent performance), high performer programme (based on driver rating)
Plan communication strategy and content plan to improve drivers retention and communication efficiency between fleet and office
Coordinate with related stakeholders to execute and maintain initiatives operations among external stakeholders e.g. Monee, SCommerce, and Garena
Requirements
25 years of work experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree; majors in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience in logistics, delivery, or e-commerce within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure; self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment
