About the Role

We are seeking a Project Lead to spearhead our casino game development projects. In this role,

youll be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality

casino games, and driving projects from conception to launch. If you have a passion for gaming,

expertise in Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of the casino gaming landscape, wed

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for casino game development

Coordinate with game designers, developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless execution

Implement and uphold Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Maintain compliance with RNG standards and gaming regulations

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

Prepare and deliver project reports, KPIs, and status updates

Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to support post-launch strategies

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Project Lead/Manager in game development (casino/gaming preferred)

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple vendors

Strong knowledge of game development pipelines, Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)

Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or other PM tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Understanding of gaming compliance standards, RNG systems, and engagement metrics

Bonus Points For

Expertise in casino game mechanics, real-money gaming, or betting platforms

Knowledge of monetization strategies across Web, iOS, and Android platforms

PMP or Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM)
