Your Role:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Work under the pressure situation and limit the timeline
Specification:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in the role of Project Manager / Business Analyst / System Analyst
- Communicate fluently in Thai and proficient in conversational and written English
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services is preferred
- Capability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong project management, Leadership, Organizational, and Multitasking skills
- Good communication and negotiation
