Develop engineering strategies and monitor results to achieve project objectives.
Execute strategic projects to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Expand the utilization of engineering innovations and achievements within related business groups to yield financial outcomes.
Work closely with the management team to propose and present project plans.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
3–6 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in computer-based calculations and data analysis tools, such as Pivot Tables in Excel.
Strong project management skills.
Thai languagecommunication.
Chinese language proficiency (HSK Level 4–5) for business communication.
English communication skills will be considered a plus.
Willingness to travel to different provinces and/or abroad (including China).
Must hold a valid driver's license and own a car.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a positive mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident in turning facts into actionable recommendations and summarizing information effectively.
High adaptability to change, ability to work under pressure, eagerness to learn new things, and flexibility in work approach will be considered a plus.
