Job Description

Project Management Executive role will play an important supporting role in coordinating projects, managing day-to-day execution, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in managing complex retail and marketing projects from initiation through completion.

Job Description:

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of retail and marketing projects across their full lifecycle
  • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to manage schedules, deliverables, and project documentation
  • Assist in end-to-end project administration, including vendor purchase orders, cost tracking, and billing coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records to ensure transparency and operational efficiency

Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare structured project reports, presentations, and basic dashboards for internal review
  • Assis with monthly project closing activities, including cost reconciliation and forecasting for ongoing projects

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles (internship experience welcome)
  • Strong organized skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priories
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or reporting tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Technical skill

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge of Excel (cost tracking, basic formulas, pivot tables preferred) and PowerPoint for project reporting
  • Basic understanding of purchase order, invoicing, and billing processes within project-based environments
  • Ability to prepare and maintain structured project documentation, trackers, and status reports
  • Strong digital literacy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and workflows
