About The Team

Job Description:

This role is in Strategic Workforce Planning team -- design timeline and work plan for several workforce projects
Activist PMO -- manage project implementation and engage with multiple stakeholders
Analyze large set of data and provide insights for decision making and new workforce management initiatives design
Manage product & application roll out to support data digitization and process automation
Problem solve some operation and product issues
Prepare communication package for updating management teams

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a relevant field.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management and analytical roles. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Capability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
Ability to manage projects and priorities to support multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (a must in PowerPoint and Excel)
