Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Project Management & Learning Design Specialistto support key People & Culture (PC) initiatives. This role drives HRIS implementation, process improvement, and the development of engaging learning experiences that reinforce Gunkul's core values. The ideal candidate combines strong project execution with creative learning design, a can-do mindset, and the ability to design modern, innovative solutions that elevate the employee experience.

Project Management:

Coordinate and support HRIS implementation (e.g. PMS module), including vendor management, system testing, and end-user support

Lead/Assist/Design process improvement projects, applying creative and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

Execute other OD/PC projects as assigned

Learning Design & Development:

Design interactive learning content for e-learning, workshops, virtual and classroom programs

Create gamified or experiential learning sessions that strengthen core value adoption and employee engagement

Develop/Revamp learning strategies that blend creativity, innovation, and instructional design best practices

Assess learning needs and propose effective content and delivery solutions

Evaluate learning programs and refine content using data and feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5-7 years of experiencein project management, HRIS, learning design, L&D, or OD

Proven capability in managing cross-functional projectsand coordinating with vendors is a huge plus!

Strong skills in instructional design and development of digital or workshop-based learning experiences

Demonstrated ability to innovate, think outside the box, and design modern solutions that elevate learning and employee experience

Can-do mindset, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments

Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in managing multiple priorities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident with senior leaders

Creative, collaborative, proactive, and result-oriented

Fluency in English is an advantage
