  • Job Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of assigned Minor Food outlet projects from design development through construction, handover, and close‑out. The role focuses on execution excellence—coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders—to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved brand standards, budgets, timelines, and quality requirements, under the guidance and framework of the Senior Manager.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects (new store, renovation, relocation) from design development to handover.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Brand, Operations, Procurement, Asset, Finance) and external parties (designers, consultants, contractors, landlords).
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and action logs; highlight risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Escalate key issues, delays, or deviations to the Senior Manager in a timely manner.

Design Development & Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate design development with appointed designers and consultants to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, operational requirements, and local regulations.
  • Review layouts, drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings; consolidate comments and manage approval cycles.
  • Support value engineering exercises while maintaining design intent and operational functionality.

Construction Management & Site Oversight

  • Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and brand quality requirements.
  • Coordinate defect inspections, rectification follow‑ups, and readiness for handover.
  • Verify completion of as‑built drawings, warranties, manuals, and training prior to store opening.

Supplier, Consultant & Contractor Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Cost Control & Change Management

  • Track project costs against approved CAPEX and report variances.
  • Review contractor quotations and variation orders; prepare recommendations and justifications for Senior Manager approval.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or brand standards.

Leadership, Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the main operational contact for assigned projects.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide clear and accurate updates to the Senior Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Compliance, SOP & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure projects comply with company SOPs, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support departmental initiatives to improve project delivery processes, templates, and tools.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records on SharePoint or assigned systems.

Other Duties

  • Adhere to company rules, policies, and ethical standards.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and workshops.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Senior Manager
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
  • 5–8 years of experience in retail or F&B project management, design coordination, or construction management.
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD and project tracking tools.
  • Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
