Role Summary
The core mission of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of the company's strategic projects and sport programs. As a PMO in the CEO Office, you are responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from planning to final execution. You must be a driver who ensures all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the expected P&L targets.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
1. Project Execution & Successful Delivery
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from the initiation phase through to successful completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Execution Excellence: Transform high-level strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones, ensuring no tasks fall through the cracks.
- Deadline Management: Rigorously monitor timelines and push cross-functional teams to meet deadlines to ensure the project stays on track.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and solve problems immediately to prevent project delays or failures.
2. P&L & Financial Accountability
- Financial Performance: Manage the P&L of assigned projects, ensuring they are not only completed but are also financially successful.
- Cost Control: Monitor project spending against the approved budget and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Result Reporting: Provide clear, data-backed reports on project success metrics and financial outcomes directly to the CEO.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless execution.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the Muay Thai industry, government sports bodies, and commercial partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and high-level meetings to capture new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Project Management or Business development.
- Project Management Skills: Expert in planning, scheduling, and executing complex tasks under pressure.
- Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Drive for Results: High level of resilience and a Can-Do attitude; you are someone who gets things done regardless of obstacles.
- Assertive Communication: Ability to follow up and push stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel for financial tracking and project management software.
