The PMO Marketing role is a critical position that helps turn strategy into actionaligning people, projects, and timelines so our brands can grow sustainably and consistently.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nonthaburi for a PMO - Marketing professional.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Overseeing program and project management activities across all marketing initiatives
- Translating annual brand strategies into executable roadmaps
- Coordinating cross-functional marketing strategies and timelines
- Ensuring alignment with company objectives and commercial targets
- Managing budgets and tracking ROI of marketing investments
- Monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans
- Fostering structured communication among teams
- Optimizing resource allocation across projects
- Driving discipline in campaign and NPD launch execution
- Supporting the CEO in strategic planning and execution follow-ups
The PMO - Marketing role works directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure successful execution of projects, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with structured timelines
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
- Strong analytical and performance-tracking capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- High ownership mindset with execution discipline
- Adaptability in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in FMCG / Retail / 7-Eleven channel is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing PMO or strategic planning role is advantageous
