Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for managing critical projects, including product registration, Intellectual Property (IP) management, and ISO certifications.
Analyze OKR progress, commercial performance, and financial status to develop comprehensive dashboards for executive reporting.
Implement Proactive Risk Management to identify obstacles early and develop mitigation plans to ensure projects meet their targets.
Manage and audit project budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense/invoice tracking to align with financial goals.
Oversee financial disbursement processes (Cash Advance, Corporate Cards) and electronic payments with high precision.
Control the standards for project documentation, Project Code systems, and Stage-gate process compliance according to corporate standards.
Driving Efficiency through Technology
Design and develop internal Workflow Optimization by applying AI and Automation tools to reduce redundant tasks.
Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to ensure seamless business continuity.
Support other strategic initiatives as assigned to drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in Strategic Project Coordination, Operations Support, or PMO within the technology industry.
Skills:
Expertise in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) and Data Visualization.
Proficiency in SAP and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Notion).
Understanding of ISO systems or other quality systems
Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong complex problem-solving skills
