As part of the Small Merchant Mart business team, you will be responsible for driving new initiatives from ideation through execution to strengthen the fundamentals of the Mart business. Project areas include, but are not limited to, assortment availability improvement and store fundamentals enhancement.

This role offers exposure to multiple disciplines. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, working beyond their primary area of expertise, and taking full ownership of project goals and KPIs.

What you'll Do:

• Lead and oversee projects to improve Mart service fundamentals, including concept testing, product development, and project launch
• Define, track, and drive project goals, targets, and KPIs, with end-to-end ownership
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to evaluate current processes and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
• Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact

What you'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar position
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and flexible with a strong can-do attitude
• Willingness and ability to travel upcountry as required
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Proficient in google slides and googlesheet
