Manage and oversee Information Technology (IT) projects for airports and aviation from project initiation through to final delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans (Scope, Timeline, Cost, Resources, and Risks) and monitor progress to ensure compliance with the plan and contractual agreements.
Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and both internal and external teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Project Plans, Progress Reports, Risk Assessments, Issue Logs, and Acceptance Documents.
Ensure project quality meets specifications, contractual obligations, and relevant industry standards.
Support and facilitate the system Go-Live and project handover phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in Project Management.
Background knowledge or experience in the airport and airline industry (e.g., Airport Operations, Airline Operations, Passenger Processing, Aviation Systems).
A solid understanding of IT systems and System Integration will be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a strong plus.
Good command of English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) with a TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent.
