Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management System) projects.
- Hands-on experience in leader and managing a team of 10+ engineers.
- Expertise in HVAC System, including design and on-site management experience.
- Familiarity in working within an International/Multicultural environment.
- Proficient in English (Business Level).
[Preferred]
- Knowledge in Niagara Framework development.
- Knowledge in Wireless Network Design.
- Experience in IoT device development or operations.
- Experience in P&L management.
- Experience in subcontractor evaluation.
- Familiarity in working with Japanese companies.
- Experience in launching a construction management team from the group up.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Decision Making and Quality Ownership.
- Responsible for overall BMS projects, including system design, construction, commissioning, etc.
- Review and approve technical drawings, system configurations, and other necessary construction plans.
- Address on-site issues and lead technical resolution for all defects and non-conformances.
- Responsible for the design standards and quality benchmarks.
- Team Leadership and Capability Improvement.
- Conduct team structured performance evaluations and capability.
- Support in recruitment decision and onboarding for technical roles hiring (in collaboration with HR).
- Reporting and Operational Transparency.
- Manage a weekly technical status report to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain project dashboards, including dashboard, technical risks, and quality metrices.
- Other tasks as assigned.
