Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing renovation and construction projects from planning to handover. This role includes coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and supervising contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, address technical and operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes. Day-to-day tasks include managing procurement and delivery of materials, liaising with designers and clients, preparing project reports, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage procurement, track material orders, and ensure timely delivery to the site.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize site operations, material handling, and workflow sequencing.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience managing renovation or construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial interiors, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, safety standards, and construction contract administration in Singapore is highly desirable.
