Project Manager | Cloud Implementations | EDI & Enterprise Integrations | US Projects | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing technology implementation projects involving cloud-based solutions, enterprise integrations, EDI, MFT, and data exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff to successful delivery

• Drive project execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives

• Conduct project planning, status reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including implementation engineers, technical consultants, and business stakeholders

• Provide regular project updates to customer leadership and internal management

• Ensure effective resource planning, forecasting, and budget management

• Build strong customer relationships and drive successful project outcomes

Required Experience:

✔ 7+ years of Project Management experience in technology-driven environments

✔ Experience delivering cloud-based software or enterprise technology solutions

✔ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

✔ Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects

✔ Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification

• Experience with EDI, MFT, Data Integration, B2B Integration, or File Transfer Technologies

• Exposure to Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools

• Background in SaaS, Cloud Solutions, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Software implementations

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
