MR.DIY Thailand is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team. This role will lead strategic improvement projects focusing on warehouse operations, supply chain transformation, warehouse automation, fleet utilization, and inventory optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in project management, supply chain/logistics operations, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, workstreams, and project governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations, IT, and regional stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Supply Chain & Warehouse Improvement
- Support warehouse performance improvement and supply chain efficiency projects.
- Analyze warehouse and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
- Translate operational findings into actionable improvement plans.
Process Improvement
- Standardize project documentation, templates, trackers, and reporting.
- Improve business processes and operational performance.
- Support transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business units and project stakeholders.
- Prepare executive presentations and project status reports.
- Provide project updates and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in: Project Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, Warehouse Operations / Distribution Center (DC), Process Improvement / Operational Excellence, Business Transformation
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or large-scale operations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Thai and English communication skills.
- Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
