Project Manager Data Center
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of the data center project, from initial design and planning through construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of data center or large-scale infrastructure environments, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring progress aligns with the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and control project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations, to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, industry standards, environmental requirements, and health & safety protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison between the vendor and the client, managing communication, expectations, and project governance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on delivery.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, change management, and provide accurate progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-phase projects from planning to commissioning.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be Proficient in English.
