We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Executive Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of digital lending and leasing transformation initiatives. This role combines Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Ownership responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable digital solutions and seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital lending, leasing, and system modernization projects
- Define project scope, roadmap, priorities, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans aligned with business goals
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers, QA, UX/UI, operations teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery readiness and successful implementation
- Drive Agile execution by facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and supporting teams in removing blockers
- Oversee UAT processes, deployment readiness, change management, and go-live activities
- Monitor project progress, stakeholder alignment, and delivery performance to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Validate product increments, gather user feedback, and continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation roles
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital product delivery lifecycle
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in digital lending, leasing, fintech, or financial services is a plus
- Ability to balance business needs, customer experience, and technical feasibility
