We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects, including penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, and security assessment engagements. The role involves managing project delivery, timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity assessment projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate project logistics, tools, environments, and operational readiness.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance records.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• 47 years (Consultant) or 7+ years (Senior Consultant) of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, or technology consulting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, or Security Assessments.
• Experience managing project tools, software licensing, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, governance, or security operations is preferred
