Job Description

Priority focus areas:

  • Forecast process redesign
  • Costing process improvements
  • General processes simplification

Typical responsibilities:

  • Perform systematic analysis in diagnostic phase
  • Runs future state design workshops with working teams
  • Drive implementation of already-defined initiatives, engaging
  • Translate design into operational processes + tools
  • Run workshops, align stakeholders, and push adoption
  • Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and deliver milestones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Consulting, Project Manager, or any related field
  • 3–6 years consulting experience.
  • Strong finance processes understanding (R2R, P2P, FP&A, and costing)
  • A proven track record in project delivery
  • Comfortable working in thecross-functional environments with global teams
  • Good command of English
