All Link (21) Engineering Pte Ltd is a specialist fire protection company offering design, installation, FSSB submission, servicing, and maintenance of fire protection and detection systems, complying with fire safety regulations and using licensed electrical and mechanical installation crews.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate fire protection projects by managing inspections, installations, compliance, and project teams to deliver on schedule and budget while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with contractors and owners to conduct field construction inspections, rough-in checks, and measurements to ensure project accuracy
  • Inspect equipment installations and generate punch lists to guide installers in meeting quality standards
  • Oversee installation and inspection processes for fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and regulations
  • Review and approve drawing releases, equipment releases, fabrication controls, purchase orders, and budget controls to maintain project integrity
  • Manage change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and review project documents to address issues and maintain progress
  • Lead and communicate effectively with project teams including engineers, drafters, supervisors, foremen, and workers to align efforts and resolve challenges
  • Liaise with external parties such as main contractors, consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and expectations
  • Participate in internal, site, and management meetings to report progress and discuss project matters
  • Prepare detailed work schedules, micro schedules, and progress reports to track project milestones and deliverables
  • Compile and submit progress claims to support project financial management
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to meet schedules and budgets, and conduct internal meetings to monitor project status
  • Provide training to team members on relevant standards and certifications including LPC, NFPA, CP.UL/FM, and others to enhance team competency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience with proven track record in managing multiple resources and projects
  • Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project to create tracking spreadsheets, reference data, and progress charts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective information exchange
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines efficiently
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with ownership of work responsibilities and projects
  • Capability to perform complex tasks independently
  • Demonstrated leadership as both a team leader and team player
  • Skilled in multitasking to handle various project demands simultaneously
