Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in System Analysis to lead and oversee end-to-end IT and technology projects. This role is ideal for someone who previously worked as a System Analyst (SA) and has successfully transitioned into Project Management, combining both technical understanding and leadership skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Leverage your SA background to bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task delegation and accountability.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Maintain regular communication with clients, management, and stakeholders through status reports and updates.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a solid background as a System Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and the ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects successfully.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English – able to coordinate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as PMP, or Agile Scrum Master are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and enterprise IT systems is an advantage.
