Main purpose of the role:
The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of innovation projects by overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle. In order to achieve project success, the project manager has to provide effective project planning in both timeline and resources, ensuring the project is well managed through the plan and can adjust the plan when required.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams within the organisation, as well as coordination with external partners. The Project Manager also contributes to fostering and strengthening an innovation-driven culture across the organisation.
In addition, the project manager plays an important role in managing stakeholder expectations, proactively analysing the project risks, addressing concerns, and maintaining clear and consistent communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Project Oversight:
- Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations
- Ensure a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities across all team members
- Develop and maintain project dashboards to monitor progress, proactively address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, coordinate project activities, and support decision-making through the stage gate forum
Resources Management:
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Finance to ensure effective governance of projects in line with portfolio management and resource planning
- Monitor and analyse project resource utilisation, including time and budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimisation across the project
Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure clear and consistent communication, providing timely and transparent project updates to all stakeholders
- Proactively escalate risks, challenges, and critical decisions requiring stakeholder alignment or sup
Project Risk
- Support project owners in identifying and assessing project risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans.
- Continuously monitor risk levels, evaluate potential impacts on project success, and escalate when necessary.

Knowledge Management and Innovation
- CultureManage master data related to innovation projects and maintain it through knowledge management practice.
- Revitalise information policy, collaborate with the Intellectual Properties team to ensure policy is well-aligned with information security
- Organise and facilitate ideation sessions to generate, evaluate, and prioritise ideas. Ensure ideation outcomes are aligned with objectives and business
Qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably within technical or manufacturing environments.
- Basic understanding of business administration or commercialfunctions.
- Proven experience in project management; demonstrated success in managing end-to-end projects is an advantage.
- Strong scientific mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse functions and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Background in Food Science or a related field is preferred.
- A degree in Science, Food Science is preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration (Optional).
