Project Manager

We are partnering with a global telecommunications technology organisation experiencing significant growth across APAC.

As part of a major regional expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects for one of the world's leading hyperscale technology customers.

The business is currently delivering fibre testing and validation activities across the region, with further deployment and infrastructure expansion projects scheduled to follow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a telecommunications Project Manager looking to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery within a highly visible, fast-paced environment supporting critical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion

• Coordinate fibre testing, validation, deployment, and implementation activities across multiple project phases

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements

• Coordinate engineering, operations, field services, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution

• Manage project reporting, governance, status updates, and executive communications

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery challenges

• Support ongoing deployment activities as projects transition from testing into production environments

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure projects

• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from planning through to delivery and handover

• Background within telecommunications, carrier, service provider, network vendor, or infrastructure environments

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience

• Experience coordinating engineering and operational teams across multiple workstreams

• Understanding of fibre, optical transport, transmission, DWDM, IP/MPLS, or related network infrastructure technologies would be highly advantageous

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certifications are beneficial but not essential

• Strong communication, organisation, and project governance skills
