Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: Thailand

Experience: 8-15 years

Reports to: Implementation Head

Responsibilities:

• Work with our client to perform Fit/Gap Analysis for HRMS based on their requirements.

• Understand Client requirements and best practices to achieve highly accurate configuration requests in Payroll

• Perform functional specification documentation for development requests

• Communicate and collaborate with internal Software teams to formalize application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution

• Collaborate with the client to solve problems in managing large dynamic sets of data, and to develop and document new processes

• Review test cases, replicate issues, work with developers to resolve issues

• Provide reports in client templates and formats

• Ensure high quality data uploads

• Understand and work competently in a virtual environment

• Quickly learn new processes, software and ways of working

• Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our client succeed

• Meet and advise prospects and clients on possible solutions and win their confidence in best possible manner

• Implement the end to end Solution including configuration

• Post Implementation support and reviews with client for continuous improvement

• Internal Review with Teams and Management for product performance and operations improvement

• Provide inputs to and/or participate in discussions with Technical and Functional Teams on ideas

• Willing to Travel frequently to meet Function Heads of Clients across the Globe

• Any other tasks delegated by the reporting Manager or any other person appointed by the Management

Eligibility:

• At least 5+ years of experience in implementing HRMS/HRIS/HCM

• Detailed understanding of any HCM Product

• Outstanding communication skills

• Willingness to travel

Required Skills

• Experience in managing at least 3 End to End Implementations of HRMS

• Requirement Gathering

• BRD and FRD understanding

• UAT

• Client Management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in implementing any ERP/CRM

• MBA HR preferred

• Implementation Experience of Enterprise Account is preferred
