Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Complex Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation, you will manage IBM's most complex programs and projects, delivering successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations regarding IBM team operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage Client Relationships: Build partnerships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Deliver Solutions: Apply strategic innovative thinking to analyze business and IT challenges, and manage complex business outsourcing contracts to deliver successful solutions.
- Oversee Contractual Costs: Manage contractual costs, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring the delivery organization meets its commitments.
- Support Business Growth: Identify growth opportunities and support the Project Executive in contract profitability.
- Utilize Project Management Tools: Apply expertise in using IPPF tool for costs and invoices as per contract delivery milestones.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Complex Program Management: Experience working with large-scale, intricate IT and business projects, delivering successful solutions for complex client requirements.
- IT Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including expertise in applying these methodologies to meet client needs and expectations.
- Contract Management: Experience working with complex business outsourcing contracts, including managing contractual costs, schedules, and deliverables.
- Emerging Technologies: Exposure to emerging technologies and technical solutions related to client needs, with the ability to analyze and apply these technologies to meet business and IT challenges.
- Project Management Tools: Experience working with project management tools, such as IPPF, to manage costs and invoices as per contract delivery milestones.

- Broad Industry Knowledge: Exposure to various industries, including IT and business, with an understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with large-scale projects.
