We are looking for a Project Manager to lead focusing on Infrastructure and Digital Workplace deliverables. The role requires strong coordination across business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of network, workplace setup, and facility infrastructure within defined timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure and Digital Workplace streams for the relocation project
- Coordinate closely with the Business Project Manager and key stakeholders (Directors, Architects, and technical teams)
- Oversee planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables including network, meeting rooms, and workstation setup
- Engage and manage hardware vendors to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of equipment
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and milestones
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure infrastructure requirements (cabling, cooling, power, etc.) are incorporated and executed correctly
- Ensure alignment between IT infrastructure setup and physical site readiness
- Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting for all project activities
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in project management for infrastructure or workplace transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
- Experience managing vendors and external stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
- Good communication and reporting skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Experience in relocation, migration, or setup of office/warehouse environments is preferred
