Seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading insurance firm and lead strategic new product launch initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of insurance-related projects, with a focus on new product launches.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, budget, and success metrics.
- Build strong relationships across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions and steering committee meetings.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation plans proactively.
- Gather, validate, and consolidate information from various counterparts to provide clear recommendations and project updates.
- Prepare management presentations and project status reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing large stakeholder groups and engaging with senior management and executives.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
- Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, governance, and risk management.
