Experience
8–15 Years(Relevant experience in IT Project Management is mandatory.)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from project initiation to successful deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Testing, Business Analysis, and Product Management.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issue resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and organizational processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Project Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client communication.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience managing enterprise application development or digital transformation projects.
- Ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent presentation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced consulting environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Project Management certifications are preferred.
