Job Title: Technical Project Manager(IT Infra System/Support)
Location: SMBC Bangkok Branch
Key Responsibilities:
implement the end-to-end delivery of APAC IT infrastructure projects, including client/server OS refresh, endpoint management deployment, backup infrastructure enhancements, monitoring services, and resource augmentation offshoring initiatives ensuring alignment with Regional/Head Office objectives, timelines, and best practices. (Not limited to Win11 migration, Win Server 2012/2016 upgrade, Intune related, Rubrik back-up, offshore operation related, Zscaler deployment, and SolarWinds project, etc that are initiated by regional or head office team)
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams in Thailand (Bangkok branch), Singapore or Tokyo to deliver project objectives.
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Prepare and present project documentation and reports to senior management.
Identify project issue, risks and develop mitigation plan to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor and control project progress to achieve project goals and objectives
Qualifications (Must have):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within the IT infrastructure domain.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Infra related delivery experiences (e.g. Wintel, M365, Intune, Solarwinds, VMware, Backup system, Azure and etc)
Experience in delivering global / regional projects (including from a local branch perspective)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills in THAI and English, both written and verbal
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)
Experience working in Financial Services Industry
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
