Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage multiple projects/clients and will be the liaison between internal teams and clients. Project Managers will build and maintain strong relationships with the clients while working in tandem with Engineers, Project Coordinators and partner dubbing studios.

Internal and External Communications / Project Management

• Manage multiple projects/clients and will be the liaison between internal teams and clients
• Understanding the guidelines associated with clients and training internal teams to meet these requirements
• Quality control of assets being delivered to client
• Identify potential issues and proactively prevent these from escalating and compromising the projects.
• Analyze and oversee the costs and rates for the clients one is managing
• Responsible for invoices
• Perform other related duties

Capabilities and Skills

• Fluent in English both in written and spoken
• Experience working in the dubbing industry at Project Manager level (Must have at least 3 years work experience in a related field or industry)
• Highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
• Strong individual lead who is passionate and takes initiative
