Project Manager

Your Role:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps and sprint plans, balancing team capacity with business priorities
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Work under the pressure situation and limit the timeline

Specification:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• High-level proficiency in Thai (both conversation and written) is required for this role
• 5-7 years of experience in the role of Project Manager / Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks and accurate effort estimates
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is preferred
• Capability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong project management, Leadership, Organizational, and Multitasking skills
• Good communication and negotiation
