Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members, while leading the team and managing key partners to drive high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operation & Traffic Management: Set project timelines, manage deliverables, and allocate team resources based on project priority to ensure smooth execution without operational bottlenecks.
• Business & Client Management: Present solutions and handle client interactions directly; provide strategic advice to drive brand results while balancing internal capacity.
• Partnership Management: Select, negotiate with, and evaluate external vendors (Production Houses, Event Organizers, Freelancers, 3rd Parties) to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and contracts.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and support project team members; streamline agency workflows and introduce efficient digital tools to continuously improve team productivity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Monitor overall project progress and regularly update relevant internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Producer, or Agency roles.
• Proven experience in project planning, traffic management, and end-to-end campaign execution.
• Strong business acumen with solid experience in vendor negotiation, contract oversight, and budget control.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle client-facing situations confidently.
• Strong leadership and strategic problem-solving skills to coach team members and optimize workflows.
